The cost depends on the complexity of the bug: an isolated issue on a single page is fixed quickly, while a cross-cutting bug touching several modules takes more time. How quickly can you step in?
Diagnosis within 24h on average, sometimes just a few hours for emergencies (site down, payments blocked, an event coming up). For non-urgent bugs, we intervene within 2 to 5 business days.
Do you work with any technology?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases. PHP, Python, JavaScript, Node, React, WordPress, PrestaShop, Magento, native or hybrid mobile apps. If we're not the right agency for your stack, we'll tell you honestly.
What happens if there is no documentation?
That's the case half the time with projects we take over mid-course. We start with a code audit, trace the logic, document as we go, and fix the issue. No problem taking on an "orphan" project.
Can you take over a site built by another provider?
Absolutely. Most of our debugging work involves projects started by other agencies or freelancers. We respect the existing code and work with rigor.
