Maintenance & managed services by the month

You have a website, an app or a server, and you just want it to run without surprises? Monthly maintenance plans for WordPress, PrestaShop, mobile apps, Plesk/OVH servers. Updates, security, monitoring, backups — sleep easy.

Our maintenance scope

Everything that needs to just keep running.

We monitor, update, back up, and step in when needed. Three plan tiers depending on how critical your systems are.

Security updates

WordPress core and plugins, PrestaShop and modules, PHP/Node dependencies, SSL certificates — everything updated cleanly and tested in staging before going live.

Is your site running without anyone really looking after it?

That's exactly what ends up hacked or down on the wrong day.

Use cases

Who really can't do without it.

If you recognize your situation in one of these cases, you need a maintenance contract.

E-commerce with daily sales

One hour of downtime means lost sales. 24/7 monitoring, fast on-call response, backups ready to restore.

Platform with active users

CRM, client portal, intranet: a blocking bug kills your productivity and that of every user. Preventive maintenance is a must.

This is what I need

A site untouched for a year

WordPress and PrestaShop quickly accumulate vulnerabilities if left unpatched. Audit + upgrade + ongoing maintenance to start fresh on solid ground.

Assess my situation

Site with sensitive data

GDPR, medical or financial data: security isn't negotiable. Enhanced monitoring, logging, regular audits.

Let's talk about it

You bill clients through the site

Online quotes, subscriptions, invoicing: you can't risk downtime or a breach that exposes banking data.

See if this fits

Complex site with integrations

APIs, ERP connectors, cron automations: the more moving parts a site has, the more you need someone checking that each one still works properly.

Our method

From onboarding to worry-free days.

01

Initial audit

A full audit of what's in place: versions, vulnerabilities, server configuration, existing backups, performance. A reference document for what follows.

02

Upgrade

If needed: critical updates, security hardening, setting up proper backups, monitoring. A one-off step before the plan starts.

03

Onboarding

Secure access, account sharing, defining alert channels, confirming the plan that fits your situation.

04

Preventive maintenance

Monthly cycle: tested updates, verified backups, security scan, database optimization, end-of-month report.

05

On-call & incidents

When an incident is detected by monitoring or reported: diagnosis, fix, client notification. Phone on-call depending on plan.

06

Monthly reporting

A report at the end of every month: what was done, what to watch, upgrade recommendations where relevant.

07

Annual review

An annual review to adjust the plan, identify upcoming modernizations, and anticipate technical obsolescence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between maintenance and managed services?

Maintenance covers your website (CMS, plugins, content, performance). Managed services also cover the server hosting the site (OS, services, network security). Depending on your needs, we combine both or just one.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

With an active plan: we detect it fast (monitoring + scans), isolate it, clean up or restore from the last healthy backup, identify the flaw and patch it. Without a plan, emergency intervention is billed separately, usually at a higher cost.

Do your plans include hours for changes?

Yes, every plan includes a monthly support hours quota for your small requests: adding a product, tweaking a page, a minor fix. Beyond that, we bill hourly or upgrade the plan.

Can you take over a site built by another provider?

Yes, that's actually the most common case. We start with an audit to understand the architecture, identify technical debt, then switch over to maintenance. No problem taking over a project we didn't build.

What hosting provider do I need for you to step in?

OVH, Hetzner, IONOS, Plesk, cPanel, or any French or European host — we adapt. If your hosting is too limited, we can also help you migrate to a more solid solution.

What's the commitment period?

Plans with no fixed term — cancellable at the end of any month. We'd rather keep you through quality of service than a contract. Most of our maintenance clients have stayed with us for years.
